Electronic Application Process

Dear Prospective Parent

Thank you for your interest in Ruzawi School.

Please take the time to browse through and explore our website and social media pages.

Our Facebook page and Instagram page highlight various day to day activities at the school and the Ruzawi website provides more general information.

For application, please fill in and submit this Application Form. Please contact the Registrar on registrar@ruzawi.com with any queries you may have.

Please take note of the following documents required to submit your application.

A copy of your child’s birth certificate
Your child’s two most recent school reports
Any Educational assessment reports
Recent portrait photograph of your child and as a family. (Please fully explain your family dynamic in the section Family Status/Important Information.)
Payment of the registration fee – US$50 per family. Please use a reference format when making payment of Surname/Year of enrolment (e.g. Hale26) an image of the PoP will be required to submit your application.
Should your child be accepted into Ruzawi, a Contract of Entry fee will be required to secure the place. (These funds will be used for development during the years your child is at Ruzawi.)
Please take note of the following:
Medical aid is mandatory for pupils attending Ruzawi.
Siblings of existing pupils and children of past pupils are considered ahead of unrelated applicants in the selection process.
Children applying from other ATS/CHISZ schools will be asked to provide a transfer/clearance letter from the outgoing primary school.
Changes to your contact details should be communicated to the Registrar.
